Today Ean got his adenoids out. He was not suppose to have anything after midnight, so of course at 4 am he woke up and wanted his sippy cup. He got so upset the whole family was up. so at 4:30 this morning my whole family sat on the couch and watched a lil bit of spiderman.
About 5:45 we took Dayson over to my SIL Rebbeca's so he could hang out while we went the hospital.
We got to the hospital about 6:30 and they got us settled in. Little did i know i had to entertain a wired lil boy for an hour in the same day surgery area. Every button he saw he had to push. He also took a ride in a wheel chair and entertained the nurses. By the time they were rdy to take him back he had his pj tops back on and his boots. i wish i could of took more pics but he kept me on my toes the entire time.
About 7:40 they took him back. it only took about 20 min to do his adenoids and replace his ear tubes. After they were done the Dr. came and found me to tell me everything went well and that his adenoids were monsters. He also said his tonsils were big so in a yr or 2 we will probably be back in there for them.
Ean didn't cry at all. he is such a trooper. He drank a whole sippy in like 20 min and so they removed his IV. we could of left then but his oxygen lvl in his blood was not where they wanted it. so they watched him a lil while longer. we left the hospital about 9:45.
Ean has slept most of the day, and the only time he cried is when i changed his pjs. he didnt want new ones.
I hope this helps clear him out and stops getting sick
